CREAMY SPINACH/KALE & PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

  • Leaves of fresh Baby Spinach (1 cup tightly packed)

  • Leaf of Kale (1 or 2 large leaves)

  • Pineapple slices or chunks (1/2 or whole can or fresh)

  • Milk (1 to 1 1/2 cups)

  • Yogurt (1 cup)

  • Lemon (1)

QUICK-N-EASY:

Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour in glass. 

Optional: 

  • add Flax meal (1.5 to 2 tbsp)

  • add Chia seeds (1 tbsp) 

  • If you have some left over, the lemon keeps the ingredients fresh for 1-2 days. 

  • Quick point: Adjust the amount of milk for smoothie thickness preference

  • Fun point: You can't really taste the spinach or kale
